Carr House Howl-oween Pet Parade

It’s the most spooktacular time of the year and Carr House is celebrating with a pet parade. The second annual Carr House Howl-oween pet parade will be held on October 29th, rain or shine in the gardens of 207 Government Street. Even if you don’t have a pet to parade, dress up and cheer for the best costumes in five categories:
- Best Owner/Pet Costume Combo
- Best Emily Carr-related Costume
- Best Scary Costume
- Best Homemade Costume
- Best Virtual Costume (Virtual costume entrants: please submit photos by October 30)
