Family Day at the Bateman Gallery

Bring your family bubble for a safe, socially-distant celebration. Explore our new exhibit, learn about art and wellness, and pick up a free “grab bag” full of tips, tricks and activities. We hope the art on our walls will inspire you to start your own creative adventure!

Our Wellness Facilitator, Kaitlin McManus, will be on site to explain our new Wellness program, which includes free drop-in therapeutic art sessions. There will be a drawing station set up on the day if you want to try your hand, and each grab bag will contain drawing activities you can take away and try at home – or in nature!

The Bateman Gallery is currently hosting two amazing nature-themed exhibits: The World of Robert Bateman and Thomas D. Mangelsen’s A Life in the Wild.
