Family Day at the Sidney Museum
The Museum was excited to open our annual LEGO exhibit on December 1st! As part of the show, we are hosting a number of LEGO activities during this year’s Family Day weekend.
As always, we will be running a Sidney-Wide LEGO scavenger hunt at businesses throughout town. Drop your completed scavenger hunt off at the Museum and be entered into a draw for a LEGO prize!
One of Canada’s only LEGO Certified Professionals, Robin Sather, will be at the Museum over the weekend building a LEGO replica of the Sidney – Anacortes ferry “Harvester King’. Robin will be set up in the Museum multi-purpose room, and people will be able to drop in and see him building and say hello!
The Victoria LEGO Users Group (VicLUG) will be set up in a conference room at the Sidney Pier Hotel and will be building a number of dioramas. People will be welcome to drop in, say hello, and watch them build.
