Inspired by Nature: Visual Arts Camp for Kids

Celebrate the colours, textures, and unlimited sources of inspiration found in the natural world. This four-day art camp will have young artists discovering new ways of seeing and celebrating the wonders of nature.

Participants aged 6 to 9 and 10 to 13, will be invited to explore the wonders of the natural world. Half of each day will be spent in creating colourful and life-like 2-D art projects with local artist and arts educator, Josslyn Meyers, and the other half of each day will cover imaginative and eyecatching 3-D art projects with Maggie Wouterloot, fine arts instructor and educator of over 20 years. Students can expect to come away with a strengthened sense of creative self-expression and a fresh way of seeing and interpreting the world around them.
