The Festival period starts with the Tartan Parade through downtown Victoria on Saturday, May 9 followed by the Tilted Kilt Pub Crawl on Wednesday, May 13, and the full weekend Highland Games at Topaz Park on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17 at Topaz Park.
