Just wondering what other 18 month old eat in a day or week. I'm always worried my guys not getting enough. He always seems to be doing well. If you have any fav recipes or meal plans for your little guy please feel free to share. thank you

Pretty much what we eat.
- Any fruit.
- Veggies - she will eat peas and salad (lettuce, tomato and peppers) - but most veggies she eats better in things.
- She loves soups, pastas and casseroles with tuna, meat, and/or veggies. Her fav's are probably tuna casserole and shepard's pie, but she will eat any soup so far - lentil, yam, curry and coconut; "hamburger"; chicken noodle, split pea, quinoa casserole...
Dairy - she eats cheese and yoghurt. She drinks Alimentium formula and water of course instead of milk.
Any carb pretty much - crackers, toast, muffins, waffles, rice, rice crackers, etc.
Beans - she likes black beans whole and chickpeas in things.

I would say the same... anything we ate my kids would eat at that age.
If he is healthy, growing and does not get sick often you are doing just fine :)

my little guy is still on formula as homo milk seems to bother him. the health nurse suggested 2% milk instead. I just got some shepards pie he seemed to like it. He is quite a bit more cranky than my daughter was, so I'm just a bit paranoide if I'm meeting his needs. I guess I just have to remember he has a smaller tummy and we are doing just fine. Tuna caserole I'm going to try thanks ladies.
