Hi,

I am looking for a gymnastics recommendation for my two kids, aged 8 and 5. My 8 year old has some learning differences and gross motor challenges and really benefits from gymnastics so long as the instructor and environment are supportive. I am not looking for somewhere super competitive or intense but more of a fun, supportive environment.

TIA!

There are 3 gymnastics places in Victoria. Their websites are listed below.
I have known of some families whose children have enjoyed Victoria Gymnastics.
Best to check out each one and speak to the instructors as the programmes vary.
Best of luck in your decision. The 3 gymnastics places are:
Lion's Pride Gymnastics (in Langford)
Falcon Gymnastics (Glanford area)
Victoria Gymnastics (downtown Victoria)

My kids did Lions Pride for a few years and it was a great program. It is non competitive and great for kids with disabilities. It probably will depend on which area of town you live in as generally most of the programs will be very similar.

My dd goes to Lion's Pride. Definitely non-competitive and she really loves it. My ds is totally non-athletic and even he enjoyed it for a few years :P
