Looks like we are having Chicken Stir fry with bok choy and cabbage.

chicken breasts with homemade chips and St.Hubert sauce imported from Quebec on DH's last trip home. Plate licking good :D

Tonight is probably meatloaf - but last night was garlic ginger chicken wings (http://www.canadianliving.com/food/garl ... _wings.php), cauliflower with home-made cheese sauce & coleslaw - sooo tasty! :D

Tonight will be pan fried chicken breasts with garlic, maple syrup & peanut sauce, over rice, and roasted butternut squash with parmesan!

We're having soup made out of roasted sweet potatoes and buttercup squash, seasoned with garlic, curry powder, ginger, cayenne and coconut milk, and brown rolls.
