Exercises for strength building for childbirth

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and am wanting to start some kind of muscle building exercise to help prepare me for (a hopefully unmedicated) childbirth. I have some health problems which place limitations on the types of exercise I can do.

When I was pregnant, I went for prenatal courses. They trained me to do yoga and exercises for safe pregnancy.

Practicing consistently has far reaching physical, passionate and social medical advantages, you have to practice securely to stay sound and damage free, if it's sheltered and easy, you will probably stick to it, well being is tied in with utilizing good judgment, understanding fundamental procedures and tuning in to your body...
