Benefit of Binge-Watching Can Affect Your Brain

Postby Kelly.campbell on Mon Jun 11, 2018 4:51 am

Our children sit down in front of the TV after a long day at school or college and decide to start watching that new show everyone's been talking about which is soo tempted to stay up to watch just one more episode, even though they know they will be paying for it at school or in studies the next morning.

Since Netflix Binge watching has both aspects service and we're taking full advantage of that access. According to a survey done by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average American spends around 2.7 hours watching TV per day, which adds up to almost 20 hours per week in total.

Some benefits are concluded with my experience are:

Helps Manage Stress
Activates Multiple Brain Circuits
Enhances Your Knowledge

What is your take on this..
