We are a volunteer run toy library where parents, grandparents or caregivers can borrow a large variety of educational toys, games and new play materials on a regular basis, significantly contributing towards the development and education of your children. Quality toys are expensive and children quickly become bored with a toy once its play value has been exhausted. By joining the Toy Library you will be able to meet other parents and have access to a wider range of play experiences for your children. You will be able to increase your children’s interest and offer greater learning opportunities without the expense, clutter and environmental impact of buying more and more toys. Our current stock is for ages 6months-12 yrs of age.

This is a fun, free, family event to share crafts, music, games, food, and faith together. It's LBGTQ+ inclusive, and we invite people of all ages to join in. By family we mean YOU! We don't push an agenda - we just share stories and ideas from our faith tradition. It's messy, informal, and nothing like a regular church service. We roll up our sleeves and get active, and we like it that way. Regardless of if you are a regular church goer or this is your first time we hope to see you there!
Monthly from October through May (except December), with a different theme each month. This event changes location month to month between Church of the Advent and Gordon United Church (location will always be specified in the post). It runs from 3:30pm-5:30pm on the last Saturday of the month and dinner is provided.
