Sometimes you just get the worst cravings for things like pumpkin pie, egg nogg lattes and all those festive treats that taste so good but are terrible for your waistline! Well I do too, and this afternoon I was seriously contemplating walking to the store and buying a pumpkin pie and a can of whipping cream and shoveling it all in my face!

Then I stopped and actually used my brain and thought there’s gotta be a way for me to enjoy these types of flavors without sabotaging my waistline and adding cellulite to my butt.. and low and behold this is what I devised muahahahhah!
The Best Ever Pumpkin Pie Replacement Smoothie:

You are going to scream with excitement and want to drink these all day they are so freakin yummy!

Ingredients:

1. 1/2c coconut milk

2. 1/2c Organic canned pumpkin

3. 1 scoop vanilla When protein powder

4. 1 teaspoon 6 Blend Healing mushroom mix by Harmonic Arts( I’ll explain this later)

4. Spices: lots of cinnamon, pinches of ginger and nutmeg

5. 1/2 packet of Stevia for a super sweet pie!



Blend all together in a blender and enjoy with the utmost festive bliss! And hey know that you’re getting lots of Vitamin A, good quality protein, mushroom superfoods that detoxify and will help with cravings, fiber, good fats that are burned off quickly from the coconut milk, and metabolism boosting spices!

Now that is one amazing smoothie!!!!!!
