Owner, Carolin Roussel, a Licensed Optician, has been serving the Greater Victoria area for over 17 years. He offers eye exams throughout the week at the Millstream store location. Eye examinations are covered by BC Medical for children once a year until the age of 19 years.  It is recommended to start testing children’s eyes at 6 months, 18 months, 3 years and then once every year to ensure the health and development is normal.  Any abnormalities caught at an early age are easier to correct or at least improve the well being of the child and his or her educational development over the years.  Dr Leekha specialized in pediatrics while practicing in New York and has an excellent reputation with examing children.
