Ready Set Grow Hillcrest Community Preschool is a program of Hillcrest Elementary Out of School Care Society (HEOSC).  HEOSC is a non-profit organization which is run by Board of Directors made up of parents.  The Society was formed in 1993, with the principal and a group of parents recognizing the need for an After School Care program to support families.  Ready Set Grow Preschool is open to the entire community, and began in 2001.
